- Local sausages from Hartmann's
- 80% lean ground beef and no lard ever in our Dogtown Sauce
- Homemade macaroni salad and coleslaw
- All soups are made by scratch and never contain beef or chicken bases
- Romaine lettuce instead of iceberg
